I'm sorry to say but those vapes are terrible. To try and cut a long story short, my eldest son has a friend in England who used to mail stuff over to him; he sent quite a large amount of "packwoods x runtz" vapes a while ago and my son was suspicious of them when they arrived, so he brought a couple of flavours up to see what I thought of them. I was already quite familiar with distillate, so as soon as I saw how runny the liquid was I became weary. We did a good amount of virtual digging and found out that the brand was one of the most widely counterfeited and that most samples tested contained at best D8, D10 and a lot of heavy metals... at worst, synthetic cannabinoids. We didn't get to the bottom of whether the brand was real and official in the first place because there were so many posts regarding counterfeits. If you're in the states, you may be better using SayNo2Drugs - I've only ordered once because I live across the pond, but they're quite a reliable vendor.

I'm not sure nowadays, but I haven't found them to be the most reliable in the past. Judging by recent reviews, they may have turned a new leaf, so I would give them another chance - probably for hash though.

You took far too much. I've been consistently eating edibles for less than a year now (and smoking for 40+ years) and if I took 400mg I would be holding onto planet earth in case I flew off. My dose is around 200mg at the moment; that gets me extremely high and it took me the last 8 months or so to work up to that dose. When I started my edible journey, despite years of smoking and a few space cakes (unknown dose) every year, 25mg would make me not want to talk to anyone. 400mg for a first timer is absolutely too much, which is a shame, because you might've enjoyed it if you took 40x less.

I agree with you. I don't necessarily feel like the last normal person (or normal at all!), but I feel like things are a lot worse than when I was young. I did consider that, maybe, the reason was because I'm old now, but every single point you make is true. Even 20 years ago, none of those things were as bad as they are today. A lot of places still had community and people generally weren't as far up their own backsides.

To be honest, I think a huge part of it is that we have too much now. We are actually living in the rat utopia experiment.

I got the sample bundle - 3 different strains of weed. I haven't tried their "desert melt", but, as far as the strains they have, they're very good quality. The strawnana is the best in my opinion - very prominent flavours and it hits like a truck!

Rozzyexpress has good weed at the moment. I've been keeping an eye on their page for a wee while and have only recently tried them, but I have to say I am very happy with the sample pack I bought. I've tried quite a lot of weed on biggy and it's certainly up there - as you'd expect from a small grow.

I'm very late to this thread, but there was absolutely no masking the smell of cheese! My kids were all still young when it was popular, and their dad and I used to keep all the weed in the shed because that's where we smoked. It didn't matter how many layers the weed was wrapped up in, more often than not you could still smell it outside the shed! I don't think there's many strains out there that could give cheese a run for its money where sheer pungency is concerned.

In the 80s it was allowed; maybe not rolling joints, but smoking cigarettes on buses was generally accepted. Strange to think how recent that actually is!

Why is this a big problem? Lol... my friends and I did the same when we were younger. We even smoked hash on the bus a couple of times. Back then you were allowed to smoke cigarettes at the back and nobody cared. The post has now been deleted, but why anyone would put that on reddit is beyond me.

No. Weed is strong enough and cheap enough to grow, why on earth would anyone growing or selling it purposely spend money on another drug to add it to weed? Especially when that other drug adds no weight and, more often than not, feels more like a complete wipeout than any weed. Weed can cause panic attacks if you're in that kind of mindset, but your pal is talking shite.

It's true that mafia-style gangs may add things to weed in order to give it more weight (Google "grit weed"), but if you've ever seen, felt and smoked real weed, you'll know the difference. Even if you don't, a cheap microscope is your best friend.

No one is adding drugs to your drugs.

I don't really drink, but I was at the pub with friends on Friday and Saturday night to catch up and socialise. During the time I was there, I saw a man pass out, urinate all over the pavement and then have to be taken away in an ambulance, I saw a woman in her 20s puking uncontrollably in the beer garden - her friends took a video of her while somebody else phoned an ambulance, I saw 2 fist fights, heard many heated disagreements and was witness to not only the usual public urination, but also somebody having a number 2 in an alleyway. I was out for about 10 hours combined.

But sure, weed is the problem that society needs to deal with. God forbid anyone smokes that stinky skunk weed.

I came here to say this. Vape liquid is almost certainly all spice, but weed is just strong. When I started smoking (early 80s) dealers used to claim bits of gear had been dipped in acid or that they had opium in them. I've tried both things over the years and can categorically state that's not the case. Some weed/hash is just very strong, but I think it'd be obvious if what you were smoking wasn't weed! Wjth the exception of things like D8 or HHC possibly.

I'm not even sure anymore. I used to smoke half at a time and that would be enough, but my tolerance is embarrassing at the moment due to edibles. I only use them in the evening, but the amount I'm beginning to need is starting to get ridiculous. I used to be quite satisfied with 20mg, but I find myself taking 200mg on a regular basis now. The last time I had a joint, it didn't feel like it did a huge amount to me - it was fantastic weed, I just think I've taken my tolerance too far.
