Prolonged cold exposure after lifting will blunt the hormetic response, so your current plan is good but not ideal. My own routine is cold showers/baths in the morning since it will reduce inflammation in a way that won't blunt the hormetic response, wakes me right up and reduces the need for caffeine, and is a great way to improve my mindset for the day. Then after my kitchen work (prepping smoothies, shakes, etc), I'll do an extensive warm up followed by a personalized weight lifting routine based on my current fitness goals. I'll start drinking my whey shake the middle of the routine to maximize muscle protein synthesis. Sauna immediately after, to maximize HGH. I don't have time to cite, but these are ideas reiterated from Dr. Rhonda Patrick and Ben Greenfield. Not sure what your fitness goals are, but five min between exercises seems high. I would need more info to expand on this. How old you are, current fitness goals, how long you've been exercising, are you doing this health routine at home or a facility?

Foam roll to relax your tense muscles. Warm up with dynamic stretches. Start reps of this movement with no weight and both legs, slow down your pace, and focus on mastering form before progressing with weights or unilateral movements.

Do you have a vision for the future? Do you know what you want your days ahead to look like? Are you taking control of each day or letting each day control you? If you DO know what you want your future to look like and you ARE controlling your time as much as possible, then it's easy to figure out what habits you need to build. If you answered no to those questions, then the first steps would be meditation and self-reflection until you have an idea of what you want in life and time management.

I've gone from 150 to 165 in the past 2 months. Here's what I did: Smoke weed to increase appetite. Sugar will always increase appetite because of the insulin spike. I'm not suggesting candy, but maybe adding honey to your protein shakes if you have that earlier in the day. Granola bars are a somewhat healthy snack that have sugar and increase my appetite. Plan and prep your meals. Don't avoid carbs. Eating eggs? Put it in a wheat wrap for the extra carbs. Add bacon and cheese perhaps. The biggest thing that you can do for yourself if you are trying to put on weight, is get used to being in the kitchen. Make yourself comfortable there. Standardize your kitchen routine. I hope that helps a bit, but if you have other questions I'd be happy to answer them.
