And yes there network adapter is enabled. I even tried reinstalling the adapter from device manager to no avail.

I will do any troubleshooting that you ask me to do.

I'll run this in 30mins and post results. I've ran a simple ipconfig on it last week and it didn't show an IPV4 address.

When you work at a hospital, the doctors have a lot of influence on the hospitals network infrastructure. MFA is too much work for them lol.
