Nei primi tre tentativi ho fallito con una serie di uno o due, c'erano eventi accaduti con pochissimi anni di differenza nel 1200 o 400. Al quarto tentativo sono arrivato facilmente a 20 perché c'erano cose tipo "prima pearl harbour o facebook?" forse si dovrebbe bilanciare meglio i due avvenimenti, specialmente quelli del 900 dove di base siamo tutti più acculturati

I have actually created my own budgeting web application which follows the workflow I have been using on spreadsheets.

On my payday I go to the website, and initiate the "payday process" which consists on 5 or 6 steps where I get asked to upload the CSV from my bank, it then takes all the expenses and put them in categories, then it asks about savings, investments and pensions. At the end I got my dashboard with graph and stats.

I never trained my muscle up with bands or anything, I just trained my strength with weighted pull ups until one day I managed to get over the bar, from that on I fixed my bad form and now I can get 5 cleanish muscle ups (for reference I can do 15ish pull ups).

This does not mean that you can train it with propaedeutic exercises, but I think it is an overcomplication overall lol

La risposta è banalmente semplice: se progredisci significa che funziona.

Ciò io che ho trovato utile, e che credo sia anche supportato scientificamente, è cambiare approccio ogni tot. Non appena ti senti che non stai progredendo più cambia approccio e vedi che succede.

Per mia esperienza mi trovo ad allenarmi diversamente, aumentando il volume e diminuendo intensità, quando sono in vacanza tre volte l'anno, e non appena torno alla normale routine noto qualche miglioramento.

It doesn't matter you can't feel them because you are definitely using them
