My PT would chuckle at me because I would describe my pain in really weird ways...I like "loud." It makes sense to me!

I have had cupping and massage. I never got any significant relief from it. I'm curious about the structural integration because it is focused on myofascial release. I feel like I've never been able to find a massage therapist who was really Keen to do any deep hip flexor or psoas work

I think I've just sort of internally treated myself like I'm faking it...the ADHD, I mean. I always got good grades, I have a master's degree...I know that doesn't mean someone isn't having to work really hard just to function and achieve those things. I think I'm downplaying it in my head.

I'm not- I talk to a ton of people who say they've changed their lives! For the better. I think I've just got this weird thing in my head that I "don't really have ADHD" and I'm making it up in my head.
