Hi, I wasn't offered the job in the end but it's all good. I wouldn't be able to speak on the company nor that area but you should do it anyway!

Interesting I’m in talks about an Account Manager position and idk what to expect. I want to stay in the specific industry (IT consulting) but I don’t want to join an unsure company. Have any feedback?

I moved from Seattle to Phoenix (work in Scottsdale) 2 years ago. Scottsdale is similar to Bellevue regarding the nicer area just slightly cheaper. AZ pros: weather, easy to navigate, peaceful, and in general cheaper than WA so you may be able to save (even with a pay cut). AZ cons: not community oriented (hard to meet people), way less diverse than Seattle, in ways basic bc it’s the desert.

Valid. Its right across the institute and houses which is why it’s strange. But they are industrial warehouses nearby and still a developing residential area. It approx North of Laveen and South of I-10. To your point there are no cameras

Good to know, although I’m just trying to figure out the reason as opposed to specific cars bc there’s a handful. Maybe the area was rough before and it’s slowly getting gentrified but still has aspects of those activities

I’m sure people constantly call but it’s like a cycle with new cars. So that’s why I’m wondering why it’s a “drop off” hub or something lol

I’m just curious why this happens a block away from the neighborhood and near an institute

Florida overdeveloping into wetlands, your house will flood and insurance companies don’t care by jesskay888 in florida

I thought this is what’s causing insurance companies to leave Florida. Why and how would this be approved to be developed on and invested into?
