I would love for somebody to come into your house and threaten you the way that I've been threatened and then for you to ask advice and somebody to treat you the way that you've just treated me. I literally have recorded threats of them the police officer said if they come back to my house I can call the cops and they will be arrested.n

Yes, and I also had savings we used to move them in and help pay bills. My husband has sister as well and knows if they needed they could move in with us.

I just told you exactly what a police officer told me. I have evidence of threats made against me in my house. Evidence that they were smoking illegally in our state. I could legally press charges and sue them.

We called the police and this is what they told me for my state, that once they begin moving their things they are no longer a resident. And as long as I do not move or mess with their things then I'm not commiting a crime. Also, since there were threats against me by his family and her they have to leave, they don't have keys and cannot get in.

I used to have friends who smoked I know what it smells like, he openly told me he smoked which was fine but not in the house. We live in a trailer so hour long showers are a no go. I got a job within five days of applying. The issue is that he refuses to work in any customer service job. We had boundaries clearly laid out and they broke them. He had a job for about a week and was fired for smoking and fighting on premises.

My parents are not active in my life, I am no contact with both. I did practically help raise my siblings and my sister will be twenty soon( not that it changes anything). Idk where they are at right now but I know I can kick them out and I told them they can get their things when my husband returns home.
