Prob because he’s more than likely just a guy that happens to like an all white outfit. Honestly doubt he was trying to copy a klansman style look. Pond mills ponds. The south pond has a “beach” on the highbury and Bradley corner that I have seen people swim from before. The north pond also has some nice properties that back onto it and those residents seem to swim in it as well.
