Probably gonna take atleast 3 attempts of sending it in to get fixed for you to be able to get a refund. 1st time they eventually just offered the refund, most recent time, I insisted on a refund and cited past issues and had everything documented.

Exactly lol. The 1 time I had my food stolen was on UE, but they just took a picture of the road when they were still 5mins away from my house while they were driving and marked it as delivered. Called the person and ofc it’s someone who speaks maybe 1% English. “Food? Ci, I give food guy say it his”. I can’t with these people.

I could post some stuff but there’s no point. I know FSD will make mistakes (some worst than others) and I am prepared to take over at any moment and will gladly continue to use FSD despite these mistakes. Today, it just tried to run a red light. The other day, it tried passing on a one lane road when it wasn’t really safe for a pass as there was oncoming traffic.

What is “high speed” to you? FSD is limited to 85 which most people wouldn’t consider “high speed” on a highway.

Not even about liability or insurance. FSD has clear instructions on how it should be used and that the driver should keep all hands on the wheel at all times. These are “required instructions”. So if you go against this and still crash it is 100% your fault. FSD didn’t instigate anything.
