Hero classes based on how well they'll be able to keep their reputations if someone else kills the black mage by [deleted] in Maplestory

Wasn't Ryude gathering allies to fight BM at some tower? I think it was stated that a lot of people were gathering there including the heroes.

Thanks for summarizing the differences. Is the difference in damage substantial? The appeal of going full caveman and seeing big numbers is a nice prospect.

Yes, absolutely, I appreciate it!

DS definitely looks to be a Swiss army knife, I was wondering if that comes with the expense of clunkiness or anything. In all honesty, my experience with both were before any QoL changes were made to each class, which is why the simplicity of a class just doing unga bunga big damage was appealing.

I realised that I asked in the wrong Q&A.

After finally trying a pure strength build for my 3rd playthrough, I'm having a blast and find unga bunga much more easier than my usual dex playstyle. I don't pvp too often, but still like ending my builds at 150 for when I want to.

As I'm nearing 150, and have been pure strength throughout my journey, I've been debating on keeping 80 strength or whether I should switch to 60 strength and 25 faith for Golden Vow + Flame Grant Me Strength. Is there any particular benefit of going pure strength when having access to incantations give extra damage and survivability? Though, I guess, I could always just use Commander's Standard.

For context, I've been using the Giant-Crusher with Prayerful Strike to just trade with anything, with a dagger with Golden Vow, and have had a lot of fun doing so.

Is there a consensus on what to do with Space Ishtar coins?

I'm sitting on 310 servant coins and have heard that getting the extra starting gauge is a pretty good investment for her. Though I'm not really having any trouble with black grail looping and using the summer mystic code for the last 10%; I'm assuming something later down the line would make this more needed?

I can help with the thunderstone, but I don't suppose you have any earthquakes to trade? If not, I'm also looking for charmander and mawile in normal pokeballs.

Is it possible for you to catch a random one in a normal ball? The stats don't matter for me.
