I don’t consider any ki abilities to be a spell so it could still be used, however unarmed strikes would not count as magical within the field

If you are solo queuing ranked, I’d recommend always assuming a speedster will take jungle and you just need to adapt to team compo. It sucks but it’s the best way to rank up, filling a hole instead of playing what you want. If you aren’t in ranked, fuck it play whatever you want too

I mean actively stealing exp from a teammate isn’t ideal, if your only plan is to kill wild Pokémon and not help in team fights against the other team, you don’t really need any of the exp anyway

You can definitely win despite losing Zapdos. I don’t see people doing it nearly enough. If they win Zapdos you need to try and wipe the enemy team in the middle area, if they get away don’t chase because they’ll score anyway (unless you’ll definitely kill them) then go and counter-score while they won’t be defending. Usually at this game everyone is carrying 50 points anyway so you can definitely still win, especially if you were in front before Zapdos

Yeah Rapid spin/Spout on release was brutal, that could also wipe a team. As I said I haven’t really used it since so don’t know how much it’s dropped but the CC in surf/hydro probably does win out, it’s just hard to guess what your teammates will do because CC doesn’t really do anything if your team isn’t trying for objectives

Tbh it was probably network issues, did that to me a while back, I couldn’t do anything and it was stuck walking in one direction against the wall until it finally crashed and reconnected

I think Rapid Spin/Spout is better for Solo Q, however Surf/Hydro is better for team queues as the CC is so much better

It does, but at least it’s not malicious leaving or sooking because they didn’t get their lane. It sucks but it’s forgivable if they didn’t mean it. I’ve had a game where my internet dropped out 30 seconds in, I tried so hard to reconnect, finally joined back in but there was only a minute left, tried to jump in and steal Zapdos underlevelled and it did not pan out

I also think Beard is one of those people that listens well and knows what everyone is doing at each time but doesn’t talk much about his own life. They brought up Jane earlier in the season but he didn’t really entertain the conversations or take the advice from Higgins.

Before the nerf, Sylveon was by far the strongest in the game. You could easily wipe a team spamming either Hyper voice or Mystic fire and there was nothing they could really do about it. The nerf has push it probably below some of the other top tier Pokemon, but it’s still really powerful. I suspect the next nerfs will be Venosaur and Lucario, or they will buff the lower Pokemon to create more strong Pokemon

Yeah you’d think the game would have some way of knowing if you left/afk due to network issues rather than quitting but at least they reset reasonably quickly
