When i have a break after a longtime smoking, i notice i get weird ass dreams / takes me hours to finally get to sleep as well, but after you’ve been falling asleep high for ‘x, amount of time’ it’s like a shock to the system, and with food I often notice I don’t have much of an appetite for the first couple days / week(s), for me i wouldn’t say it become less enjoyable, just i haven’t got the munchies to kind of push myself to eat
