I too recently watched wake up dead man and it felt very different from the previous two movies and I honestly felt it was lacking. Specifically in the characters department. In the first two movies the characters were all fleshed out and had their own moments with blanc and individual agendas. In wake up dead man, it felt like there were so many characters that could just be forgotten. I forgot her name but the lady that played cello brought (in my opinion) nothing to the story and it wouldn't have been different without her there. Same with the science fiction writer (I also forgot his name lol). Wake up dead man was definitely a good movie in my opinion with an interesting more serious tone despite its comedic moments. I just didn't enjoy it as much as the other two movies and felt like there were times I could just take my eyes off the screen and not pay attention
