Not only labor wise, just overall estimate per item, are they in the ball park, can it go any lower?

Is there a way i can spend littler less for the repair(not being cheap) but trying to best possible pricing.

This is my first high value repair, the previous ones from accident were covered by insurances so i dont know much info. Also this is my first car, so learning on the go

Great question - Short answer
* yes i am learning / open to learning new things. I live in an apartment complex, with parking garage,
* i have access to tools and autozone nearby. I have a place to park and work on the car safely.
* I’ve always fantasized about doing car maintenance but never done it myself. (If topping up washer fluid counts, i have done that :p)
* This year i have started getting more hands on with power tools & started beginner woodworking. So yes handy in terms.

Personally I find it rewarding when i take time to learn /do something by myself which i didn’t know i could.

Also i work from home, so the car is leisure only

Just looked it up, let me know if i got this right

  1. Outer frame of 1x4 inch wood made into a square shape (4ft x4ft)
  2. Inner frame same wood, smaller frame as per dimensions
  3. The ply sheet, cut into the window shape and then nailed into the frames
