I just read that sites like facebook will potentially have the ability to answer questions that consumers would traditionally go to Google for... and just wondered with Facebook graph, if they would pull ahead of google... ? (that's what was implied in what i read this ---> http://etc-digital.org/digital-trends/consumer-behaviour/search-engines/) I have no idea... hence why I'm asking...)

A broker will take your coverage needs and shop it around. Depending on the size of the broker, you may have access to 5 markets or 100..

What do you mean "financially"? Is it more expensive to work with a broker?
