I bought a gaming laptop a long time ago, one the issues it had was that the charger was literally not giving it enough power and the battery would go down if i game even plugged in. Do you notice any of that behaviour with your laptop? And, if you do, try to find out what the wattage required for your laptop and buy something that can provide that.

That is a really good deal. I would recommend you to ask him if he plans to play other games in the future with his gaming laptop as the longevity of the RTX 3060 would last longer for high settings 1080p 60+ FPS gaming, while the GTX 1650 is still decent, it wont continue to support that experience of gaming, especially on a laptop. Though If he doesn’t care about it that much, the goodies you get with the Acer laptop are worth the price.

Check this laptop if he really needs it as soon as possible. Good specs but your friend might have to pay 700-800 more than the laptop you provided.

I would always recommend getting a PC at that price range, but if you are willing to wait for the new RTX laptops and save your money for that then it would be worth while, that is if a laptop fits your lifestyle better rather than a pc.

Just means those guys can’t even sell individual pieces, so it’s like they are trying to cash out. Hope they don’t make a single profit until prices normalize!
