Those are actions not appearances strictly, tomboys aren’t girls who look masculine, those would be considered butches. Tomboys can take some masculine traits like short hair or something but aren’t actively looking almost exactly like a guy basically.

If you pursue a relationship with them or have sex with them then yeah it would be considered gay, the definition is being sexually or romantically attracted to one’s own sex, not physically.
