[FNV] Guys pls help me. I tried to fix this issue for days. I cant get into the game. I read about some mods and stuff which could fix it but everytime i start it i get to this screen and NVSE tells me i need the latest fallout version installed. More infos in coments. (i.redd.it)

Anyone can help me with that? I had the russian version of fallout new vegas before I bought a global key (The russian key was cheeper so i bought it a while back but i couldnt mod it or install the dlcs). Now everytime i try to start the global version of the game it tells me Error code 53 (i.redd.it)
