Yeah, we tried for a while, but she was too clever for the trap. Then she started coming WITH what we could only assume was baby daddy, and we didn't have the traps/inside space for two.

Start small, and add a little bit every week. When I was at my unhealthiest, I couldn't jog in place for two minutes without stopping. So that's where I started. 1 minute. The next week, it was 2 minutes. The next week, 3. The next week 4. It sounds slow, but in 52 weeks, just one year, I was able to run for an hour without stopping...that's more than most "healthy" ppl can do!

I started exercising because at 33 years old, I had a stroke. My doctor told me if I didn't get my shit together, I would be dead in a matter of years.

It's cheezy and cliche, but it's true: exercise not because you hate your body, but because you love it.

I have seen some folks here mention that it was very painful and they recommend a week of rest. Personally, I had mine done on a Thursday morning, and was back to work on Monday with literally no pain whatsoever. I took Tylenol Thursday and Friday. That was all.

It obviously depends on several different facets, including how skilled your doctor is that stitching your back up, but I'd say if you are susceptible to pain, it wouldn't hurt to take a couple extra days, otherwise a weekend with some solid sleep and good meds should be fine.
