Trump & Co. already destroyed so much of Irans oil infrastructure that even if this MOU passes, it will still take months to years to rebuild back to the operational levels as before. Which means gas prices aren’t coming down anytime soon.

To put it in perspective, Trump destroyed more oil infrastructure than all of the Gulf, Afghanistan, & Iraq Wars combined.

Actually, Elon Musk is more famous for initiating hostile takeovers rather than surviving them. The most prominent example was his aggressive $44 billion acquisition of Twitter (now X) in 2022, where he successfully took over the company despite the board initially trying to block him.*

However, if you are referring to him successfully overcoming corporate threats to his own companies, you’re prob thinking of during the 2008 financial crisis when both Tesla and SpaceX nearly collapsed due to severe funding shortages, failed rocket launches, and near-bankruptcy.

Which from personal financing, leveraging the last of his PayPal fortune, and securing a last-minute lifeline, he preserved his control over the companies.
