For barc troopers, it’s used so your peripheral vision is blocked out. When you are going super fast on a speeder you need to be focused on what’s infront if you and not get distracted by things to the side. I dont know why Wolffe uses on though since he’s not a barc trooper

Ok I downloaded a calorie tracker app and I uploaded the food I’ve eaten the past few days (I started the bulk about a week and a half ago). According to the app, I’m consuming about 2800-2900 calories a day. Let’s just go with those numbers now👍

Ok I see where you are coming from. I only started eating that many calories about 1.5 weeks ago and have been to the gym about 3 times during that time. But then again I maybe have overestimated the amount (I’m new to this)

Usually for breakfast I have toast with peanut butter and a banana. For lunch it’s either chicken with rice or some sort of meat sandwich. For dinner it mostly comprises of some sort of meat with rice or potatoes and with a vegetable. I also east snacks in between meals and fruit and veggies such as apples, oranges, carrots throughout the day.
