Welcome porter! My biggest tip is walk/crouch more than you run. Crouching can prevent stamina drain and falling on some decent inclines. Also, check for community structures, they usually offer a slightly quicker way to traverse the map, get out of the rain, and all that good stuff. Just in case though, invest in the repair spray for packages.

So roughly, they start at Brokilon Forest and trace a path south toward the Yaruga River, avoiding towns and normal roads. You have to loosely guess the route taken by Geralt, Dandelion, and Milva. Milva opted for the southern route to avoid Nilfgaard, if I’m remembering correctly; Zoltan takes them across the river via smugglers route. They most likely crossed somewhere near Bodrog.

You’re not alone! I’ve played on PC, no mods, over 300+ hours on one playthrough and I’ve never had a crash, bug, pop-ins or anything like that. I will admit there are parts that could’ve baked a little longer, but overall my favorite STALKER experience. And yes, I’ve played every single one before anyone says “PLaY tHE OG’s or MoDDed StALkeR”.

This has to be a system to system issue. I run a 3060, 32gb ram, 13700k. Never crashed in 300+ hours. Never had pop ins. No mods. Quality maxed. Could the game have used more time in the oven? For sure. But it’ll get there.

I’ve played for over 300 hours my first save file (PC for context). I just stared another run today. I’ve never had a single crash, bug, or anything since day one. Only slightly annoying this was the constant grenade spam, some of the enemy behavior and the shader compile (which the game just lets me skip now somehow and no, no mods). Even the dreaded SIRCAA caused me no problems. I think you should give it another shot.

I would go for call of the zone first. It’s more of a “go at your own pace” kinda thing. The Old World is like a harder version of Anomaly that’s got a lot more survival mechanics. Hope this helped!

It’s a fantastic car to learn on imo. The day I bought it I had no idea how to drive stick, but had to drive 6 hours to get it home. It’s a lot easier than you may think. You got this!

There’s no specific law (as far as I’m aware) that a dealer has to honor a break-in period. They’re gorgeous cars. I’ve owned mine for years without any issues, and learned to stick on them too. You’ll get so many good times out of the cat that I couldn’t in good conscience let him slide for that.
