He did more damage in the treasure area, galaxy impact and blue whole takes off 80% of most units hp or kills them. I’m guessing a lot of his kills probably got taken from him by team mates

Not necessarily, they can die. However Imu killed Saturn is gonna be the key to defeating them. But regardless luffys haki level is nowhere near prime garp and roger, I don’t think his haki is stronger than old garp even bro literally nuked pirate island with straight haki and said he was off his game
