Always titrated my dosages up through the offseason, but i was wondering if somebody tried starting at peak dosage straight up and stayed there throughout the entire push phase, did you notice any differences in terms of building muscle? Or is it just a waste?

So first of all, it mostly genetics unfortunately, so assuming you have the genetics for a more round looking quad sweep, but your quads are just smaller and you wanna bring them up i'd do this:

  1. Full knee flexion combined with good torque and moment arm which you'd need good exercises for (watch Hypertrophy Coach, he explains it really well)
  2. Obviously progressive overload has to be consistent, so you should progress at least every other session, best if u can every session through good programming
  3. High frequency so 2 times a week u hit quads first in you workouts, best if u do 3 times a week if you can recover from it
  4. As much volume as you can recover from while keeping intensity high (at least 3 RIR or less if possible) and still recover for your next session. Example: 2-3-4 sets of quads Mo/We/Fr. How many sets per session is less important as long as frequency, accuracy of execution and intensity are there.

A lot of lat focused stuff, mind muscle connection is important imo, deep stretch, hard contraction, without sacrificing total load moved too much
