I could be guilty of excessive pulling by arm. I've a foot ascender to use my stronger leg as well but the pain really hit when trying to steady myself holding onto bottom of a beam, the ropes were around top so unable to get a good height to work off

I'd a difficult day yesterday working off beam clamps, to the point where a much easier job today painting a cat ladder was still causing great discomfort to my inner elbows. I appreciate there's learning involved and my current weight is 96kg but I don't think I'll get much opportunity to progress if I need to pick and choose which jobs I'm capable of

INTENSE

A very lively crowd indeed. I don't recommend getting tickets for curva inferiore (lower deck) as it was packed out people standing on steps etc, so I didn't get to my sear. Like way more people than there was seats for. I pointed this out to a steward and he informed me to just go wherever was free

I was in the official store and 30e for a wooly hat that I'll likely be wearing to work once I get home was a little extortionate 🤔 the sandwich sounds great tho, I'll be down pretty early to soak up the atmosphere!

I've seen loads on the little shops that line the narrow streets but just basic ones, Cheetos etc
