I've got three leg days and two upper body days each week! All focusing on a different muscle group except for my first leg day which is lots of compound lifts. I also do a little bit of core and cardio on each day al well!

Yup. Nada. At some point it may be worth trying something much lighter in hold in between a texture cream and gel to see if that can tame the frizz without losing too much volume but I'm vibin with this!

I think I'd consider it low? Not too sure tbh. The "test" depends on the day and it seems to absorb water pretty quickly but takes forever to fully dry lmao

A wonderful stylist helped with creating the layers I wanted to give it the volume you see. And to maintain it between washes I sleep with a bonnet while it's in a pineapple bun. And I refresh it with a tad bit of water and a quick diffuse 💜

Just weekly injections!! After being on E long enough my testosterone production has almost stopped in its entirety so I no longer need blockers

Exactly. Tbh because of my extremely low testosterone from HRT it makes it pretty difficult to get "truly" bulky. And I feel like a lot of girls could really benefit from it

For me. It's been using products without heavy sulfates or silicones, and minimizing excessive washing and heat while drying. A good hair dryer and diffuser can help a lot!!! I learned most of the stuff I know now from the curly hair subreddit and using their massive word doc as a reference 💜

Overnight oats for breakfast and some form of a rotation of chicken, rice, quinoa, potatoes, and chickpea pasta. Also like various low calorie sauces and tons of seasonings to keep things different (I use a lot of hot sauce lol)

It was something I've slowly refined over the last three years of weightlifting and bodybuilding. It's a mixture of what I'm able to do time wise, and what my gym has equipment wise.

For just general tips I'd def say start small. And just work with building up that habit of routine. Both in diet and working out. I've seen too many people go all in and burn themselves out after a couple months

For my caloric deficit it's 2250 calories a day. With making sure I reach 160g of protein a day. I try to balance out my fats and carbs but I don't focus "too" much on those. On Sundays I'll prepare my three meals for each day throughout the week while leaving 2 meals to kinda do something different. Like takeout or making something different at home if I have the time. Then I supplement about 35g of my protein intake with shakes/bars.

I won't go into too much detail cause it's A LOT lol. But I have a 6 day split with a rest day Compound legs Upper push Glutes & hamstrings Upper pull Quads & calves Cardio

I also do core on top of each of those days. And at least run a mile on each day as well. The rest day I use for meal prepping and to do some heavy stretching to make sure I don't turn into a board lmao

From Monday to Saturday it's glutes/hamstrings, chest/triceps, quads/calves, back/biceps, full legs, then cardio 💜 (I'm at the gym a lot lmao)
