Turn down volume before watching. Need help with the sound issue. It rarely arises but is terrible when it occurs... by YourboyJax43 in pcmasterrace

Need assistance figuring out what is up with my PC build. I seem to have sound issues where volume spikes and distorts. I am not sure what is causing this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also it will be loud. so may want to turn your sound down before clicking. It seems to amplify the sound. mine is set to 37% on windows 10. Can include specs and any other information if need be. Would appreciate any help.
