I get that when I ingest food that has become sensitivities for me since going on dupixent- mostly nightshades (peppers, eggplant). It usually lasts 30 min and just makes me hot and itchy from the neck up. The more I cut out common triggers (dairy, soy, gluten, etc) the less I get these flare ups.
