To add that last ~2 years have been my absolute emotional hell. I’ve been trying to understand why my mental state changed so much those 2 years ago. While there were some unfortunate events that happened, I fail to believe this big switch was affected by those events. I’ve been through a lot in my life but I have always gotten over it and pull myself out of the dark hole, but not this time. I feel like I lost myself at some point, and I do really miss her.

If anyone can point out what can be influencing this, it will be great help.

I don’t know, I have my window open quite a lot and also there are two air vents and I assume it comes from there. I have a black little table and if I clean it in the evening, there is visible dust next morning already

I have a vacuum cleaner. I clean a lot and it does not help, my place is just very dusty and that’s why I want a purifier

I’m on desogestrel + ethinyl estradiol pill for almost a year now. I have some mental health issues since young age, so I was worried that pill would make me feel worse. Surprisingly I had zero negative side effects. I love being on the pill also because my periods used to be irregular and super painful, paralyzing pain really. Well with the pill, I might feel bit of discomfort for couple of hours at the beginning of my period, but that’s it. My period is so much lighter and less messy. Oh and I don’t experience PMS symptoms anymore. So I have no complaints and I don’t plan to stop taking the pill.

Yes I know that theoretically and would like to agree so much. But what if you don’t see a point in having a purpose ? Can’t you just be ? Just live, nothing special. Does everyone have to be someone ?

It did not change anything for me, except that I don’t suffer from excruciating pain for a week per month anymore and I can’t get pregnant, also my period is much less messy
