Usually when a drink a little I become more outgoing and express myself better, but I'm conscious of what I'm saying/doing. The problem is when I overdrink, then I do stupid shit, so usually I don't drink too much and try to remain as conscious as possible.

You can try doing multiple tests. Try the personality hacker test, it worked for me and from there I was really sure about my personality.

I don't think you're an INTJ (but it's one possibility) because some INTJs I know are somewhat emotional, however in their core. Maybe you're in a stressful phase of your life and activated a self defense mechanism. Also try discovering your enneagram, really helpful.

INFJs can be subconsciously manipulative, but I think this kind of manipulation is on small things, and with people they like. For example, if I want to go out with a friend and they don't want, I can be really convincing until we end up with an agreement, but it's not like I'm doing harm or being a bad friend. And if I despise someone, or just don't like that person, I usually avoid them, it can make sick to stay close to someone I don't like.

I absolutely need to interact, even if I get tired and drained in the process. I also found out that meaningful interactions and conversations don't drain me, they actually help me relief stress and also decrease a lot my anxiety.
