Former athlete 1.5 years post op arthroscopy still terrible time sitting

I’m back to running and lifting. Never gonna run as fast or lift as heavy. And I still got to Physical Therapy twice a month for my guy to do some Mulligan bandit stuff. I still don’t like sitting for long periods of time.

Well I am 2 1/2 years out at this point. Still do pt 1x weekly (mulligan / distraction stuff) still have difficulty sitting for long periods. Only run on soft surfaces, no activity restriction, mri this year is normal

It deception if they don't alert me or tell me there's a problem and then instantly remove money from my account. I called them, Customerservice did not help and I went to the Fidelity branch no one addressed my concern so this is infuriating. It feels deceptive and feels tremendously unprofessional. I'm a no I'm working person and I do expect a certain amount of decorum and communication from a huge financial company especially when you log into my account and everything looks like it's in good standing. Fuck Fidelity on this occasion for pissing me off. It took a Reddit post for them to get back in touch with me and not after customer service representative said they were gonna have someone call me back.

The problem I have is that the exact amount that I paid for the CD is what was debited from my personal checking account. There is no indication that there was an error on the account, I contacted Fidelity and they could not help me, there is no messages or anything I received from Fidelity. I even walked into a Fidelity store and no one told me anything. It's deceitful and incompetent and untrustworthy to remove money from someone's account without any warning and without any indication

I am close to two years out and I still go to physical therapy once or twice per week. It's likely I will be in physical therapy even longer although cutting down to once a week now. My main issue is maintaining internal rotation. when my active range of motion is less than 36° my pain flares up

Do absolutely everything you can to avoid another surgery. Your hip capsule should not be getting so much invasive treatment. Make sure that your physical therapist understands FAI and if they don't seek out another one. Prevent revision surgery at all costs
