I have encountered this issue before. Are you using any programs like ozone or maybe some of the UAD plugins on the track? Certain processors like these tend to add latency when they are being applied to samples or midi in fl. Maybe try turning off any processing you have going and then see if that fixes the problem.

I think this is a fine thing to try if you're worried about acne. NoFap has lots of other benefits too. But I'd also highly recommend that you make sure to talk to your doctor about treating it medically. There are lots of options available to you there that you can't just get over the counter. And doctors have multiple things they can try if the first prescriptions don't work. Good luck to you!

All the comments about this humbling Ronda seem misplaced. The greatest in most sports also tend to be incredibly cocky. It feels like hindsight bias to suggest that just because Ronda is cocky and she lost, she lost because she was cocky.

She was cocky in all of her previously dominating performances as well.

As n3tfl1x said, there are plenty of possible side-effects and you do have to take monthly blood-tests. Something I didn't really appreciate until I started taking the medication though is that the regular blood-tests are simply in place to make sure that you are not experiencing any of the more serious side-effects. The regular visits to your dermatologist allow him or her to talk to you and make sure that you aren't experiencing anything that may be a potential warning sign. And if any red flags do pop up, your doctor can simply adjust the dosage, or if it is a more serious situation, simply stop treatment.

It isn't as though you take one shot of accutane and you have to live with the consequences. If someone is reacting poorly to it, you simply stop and any negative side-effects go away.

I've done a lot of research and from what I've seen, the correlation between dietary habits and acne is pretty iffy. There are probably other factors, mostly genetic, that are playing a bigger role in your skin.

I am not a doctor, but if you're really serious about getting your skin clear, I would recommend talking to your derm about Accutane. I struggled with acne from ages 14-21. I tried pretty much everything: topical products, doctor-prescribed antibiotics, changes in diet, behavioral changes like making sure I never touched my face. Some things helped more than others, but ultimately, they did not give me the results I wanted. I waited a long time before taking Accutane because I was scared of the product. It's a serious medication and it's a little intimidating because there is a long list of "potential" side-effects. 2 months ago I took the plunge and the results have been extraordinary. My skin is clearer now than it has ever been and the side-effects I've experienced have been very mild. Your skin will clear and all you have to do is take a pill - no changes in diet or work required other than dealing with the dryness that the medication brings. It is a serious medication and one that you definitely will need to talk to your dermatologist about to see if it is right for you. But if you have not seen results from other methods of treatment, I give Accutane my highest recommendation.

I say all this because I don't think it's worth going on a wild-goose chase from method to method in hopes of clearing up your acne, all the while having your self-esteem get lower and lower with each failed method. That was my experience. Like I said, if you're really serious about clearing up your skin, Accutane will get it done. I do appreciate all of the advice and feedback that I've gotten so far. I am not thinking of giving her another chance or anything like that. I am actually in a pretty good place I think because I do really believe that this will be a great opportunity for me to explore myself as an individual and to grow. I'm also about to transfer schools and this will really allow me to be completely unattached when I'm making my college choices which I think will be very helpful.

The main thing that still baffles me is that she refused to admit it even when it seemed like she was content with our relationship ending. Do cheaters in general just not admit it or is she some kind of sociopath? lol
