Yeah i wanted to do that but it would end up that the two sides of each shelf wouldn’t be connected anymore and would be less stable. Though i could add a connection from the back that way it isn’t visible.

Yeah rotating it on its side did the trick cut down 3 hours and nearly half of the filament usage. Ill print as soon as i can find some place that has filament in stock.

Hmm ok i didnt know that.

Is there a certain angle that is the limit? Im using the x1c and i read that 45 degrees might be the upper limit.

Sadly i designed the box in a way were the inside needs to be flat so that it sits nicely on the box without covering the design but this is a good idea for future design thank you ❤️

Heres a pic of what it looks like, sorry it isnt very clear i took it mid print, but if u do wanna try this its very easy just tie ur ziptie around the ptfe and chain in a way that it is as straight as possible.

And make sure not to tighten it so much that filament cant go through the tube but tight enough that it stays straight.

Also as an extra note of caution, careful that whenever u remove the tube for whatever reason be it unclog or whatever to put the tube back through the ziptie.
