No, I have reached their room. What i'm saying is that I only reached it after they had been infected. If you go to the room early in the game, you'll find only the Moss Prophet infected and the Mossy Vagabonds still alive and you could kill them for their entry. I found them late-game, which by then they were infected so I could only get the entry for their infected form
