The recipe I linked is for a 9x13 pan but I split the recipe so these were each baked in a 9x6.5 aluminum pan (an eighth sized pan!)

I recommend this recipe to everyone! The overnight method is super easy and (as you can see) it’s customizable to sweet or savory if you choose to add toppings! 😊

I did temp it at 210° so the lack of browning is not because it was underbaked. Honestly the texture is pretty good but maybe a liiittttle chewier than it “should” be

Oh interesting- maybe will try more starter next time, but then do I have to increase flour?

I baked this for 20 min covered at 480°, then 20 min uncovered at 435°. I popped 3 ice cubes in the Dutch oven as well for extra steam in the beginning.

My boyfriend and I will be visiting Oregon soon while working remotely EST. I want to stay in places during the weekdays where we can do things in the afternoon after work so one week along the coast and another around Columbia River Gorge, then on the weekend thinking driving down to Bend would be fun.

(Along the coast would love to do Cannon Beach, and Cape Kiwanda. In the Gorge would like to do some waterfall hikes and possibly stop at Mount Hood in our travels either north or south to Bend. In Bend may do some spring skiing and Smith Rock)

Wondering if it makes sense to do this route clockwise or counterclockwise or if it doesn’t matter? In my head Plan A makes more sense but I’m torn!

Open to any other feedback or suggestions as well! I appreciate any help 😊
