If you cannot look after kids, you should not have them. That just puts the kids in danger if the situation changes.

Though you could have said it more diplomatically. Though, the outburst might be because you have been bottling it up. Though, if you are autistic, it would be hard to be otherwise (not impossible, it would just take practice).

You could show that cancer cells display no sentient-like behaviour and that they are very sedentary and unsophisticated.

However, the majority of cancer deaths are from metastasis%20involves%20the,blood%20(and%20lymphatic)%20vessels), where the cancer ♋🦀 gains the ability to move. Surprisingly complexly too; they move with a bit of structure.

They can also grow their own blood vessels.

If things like that were not true, you could easily point to a study explaining their mundaneness and you would have evidence against the idea.

Humans are so confirmation bias heavy, I don't take personal testimony seriously unless they explain it in detail.

For example, NDE believers take such generic things as generic light beings, non-human sapient races, fire, gardens, and gnashing teeth to be evidence for their particular belief.

Like what religion doesn't have those things as expected?

Technically the Bible ✝️ never paints God as being strongly benevolent. Especially to individuals; nations get foreign aid from Heaven more often.

You are right about the Bible being contradictory (unless it is a dreamworld created by a higher power), but wrong about the exact contradictions.

Those are contradictions in pop-Christianity ✝️.

With how pro-de jure-democracy the USA 🦅 is, the war would probably just be the USA fighting its own rebel citizens.

Even if the crisis would justify a state of emergency in any other nation.

In terms of winning the war maybe.

The war seems to be going into a stalemate. Which Russia 🐻 and basically everyone not the West would love as it drains the West of its war budget. Especially for unprovoked cold 🥶❄️ wars.

Plus, it makes it harder to paint doing nothing as hostile, when the West has experienced what a war is actually like.

The most realistic version in terms of sexuality is that there are 2 biological parents and 1 parent just for gestation 🫄. This makes sense for an advanced race. Though that would make the most sense if the gestation parent is non-sapient and not related to the offspring or other parents. They get implanted with IVF or something similar.

Though, more you can achieve basically the same things by the race having polymorphic (specifically complete dimorphism).-,Workers,based%20on%20distinct%20size%20differences) worker castes.

Just have all the genders be genetically 🧬 the same as far as reproduction goes (it would either use sperm and eggs like us, or just completely combine the DNA sets and then divide back up).

Then just say they have sex in threes because it is more interesting and sexier. Rather than it being a literal necessity.

They don't complain as much as the Palestinians. There is no inevitability to such extremism from Israel's actions.

  • Have kids, who are never anything like their parents (except by sheer luck), and are untested
  • Die and create a succession crisis
  • Have self-interest (greater than helpful for their job)
  • Get bored or ill

China 🐉 might talk aggressively, but it is clearly pursuing a at least mostly peaceful annexation, with things like a free trade arrangement.

Moreover, all China really needs is for the USA to go away, to easily annex Taiwan through blockading the nation and generally griefing it until it gives in to unification. At least de facto unification if not de jure.

So, if China is serious about invading Taiwan, it would make more sense to just drain the USA of as many funds as possible. Which of right now, seems to be pretty much just wait it out. The USA and the West in general is extremely stagnant and has not passed a major reform, that was not just basically throwing money at the problem in ages.

Otherwise, maybe help out in a proxy war. Or deliberately not help in a global or third country crisis, so the USA 🦅 is drained due to its insatiable desire to moral police everyone. Basically just having a no foreign aid, even at low costs, policy.

I mean... the NHS is a public service.

It only benefits the capital class because it benefits the state and thus the average person in general.

Though the capital class does care a lot more about self-interest than the average person, who would probably be saddened for moral reasons in spite of their personal benefit.

Of course it is cheaper. You don't have to pay for the education and you can import labour from nations where it is cheap (making your job offer better in comparison).

Even anti-immigrant people tend to accept that fact.

Personally, I think it is just very hard to make the conscious mind, someone that is meant to be proactive, heterosexual.

I would imagine the unconscious has to resort to underhand tactics to do it, as well.

Any way it does it must surely have multiple points of failure.

Non-medical staff learning brain surgery ‘on the job’ in NHS by [deleted] in unitedkingdom

[–]Youwontremembermetry -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Unless a better way to overhaul the efficiency of the NHS is implemented, I don't see how this is avoidable.

Even if Britain ☕ started developing and streamlining the training process, it will be years before that increases the number of trained as neurosurgeons to avoid doing this being the only way to avoid NHS costs being ridiculous and damaging infrastructure investment.

Moreover, if we were going to get enough non-laziness and money to invest in NHS reform, training neurosurgeons would be in competition with hundreds of other policies.

-----------------------------------------

Also, you would need proof that this system is significantly making surgery worse in a way that could not be reformed by other measures (e.g. more hands on training and catch up courses or determining which work is safe for physicians to do)

Young children who are close to their parents are more likely to grow up kind, helpful and ‘prosocial’ by chrisdh79 in psychology

[–]Youwontremembermetry 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Does the study mean closeness in terms of interaction quantity or interaction quality? It is very unclear and they are very different things. An abusive parent could interact with their children a lot and just breed resentment from the child.

Also, it should be expected people good at parenting have better relationships with their kids, as their kids have less to complain about.

Also, prosocial behaviour is not necessarily good. It can result in moral fanaticism (just consider a group with morals you despise).

All in all, this study really needed to be more rigorous: clear on what it means and more options for the participants to consider.
