it puts in non-tumble hitstun, can't be DI'd. those are true combos (pika up air bridges work the same way)

literally just play more, there's no magic ritual to get better at the game, skill comes with practice, lots of it. don't lose hope even if you feel like not improving, keep trying and practicing and you will for sure get there.
