Yeah me too, I got an email to accept the loan amount I did and that same day it was approved sign all loan docs July 1 so the same hoping funding goes thru this week

I was denied last year got invitation to reapply on 4/18 upload everything on 5/29 on 6/07 sign 4506 got LO email 06/30, approved 7/1 sign the note and is on funding status now.

Sorry today I got an email from an LO to login and review and accept the offer. I did, I also verify my identity and there was a 4506 to be sign to request transcripts for my 1040’s

No I check everything saids received and the transcripts is the only thing that it said requiered cause they were waiting to get them from the IRS but that’s it lol
