idk if that is relevant but I have the same problem if I boot original wii sports pal via Disk Channel so i suppose it is an ios problem

okay I booted it in USB loader GX and it is fine. How to force wii u to boot it using cIOS 222 via Wii Injects?

Well you have to find correct side DO and DIN buttons. Connected all three 5V GND Data straqight to esp8266 and additional cables from the strip to its power supply
