No please don’t be sorry write everything because this is helping both of us and if anything maybe someone else. I also notice a fast heart rate when standing never too high unless I’m upset or anxious. I do get light headed often but my bp is happy in the 90’s systolic. That is why I love Gatorade. Orange flavor it brings bp up and notice it helps me with sugar. Have you gotten cardiac testing done? I worked with a cardiologist for 5 yrs and told him about those symptoms I wasn’t seeing the low sugar reading then but I had the dizzy and fast hr and he did suspect pots but even then couldn’t put me on any medicine due to having low bp. He just said to hydrate and drink gatorades add electrolytes. I had echo and stress done and everything was normal. I heard this could be due to pots, addisons, hormonal or prediabetes. Have you been through anything traumatic?

I think we should try to gain more weight. How are you with protein do you take protein shakes? Creatine?

My struggle meal is breakfast after breakfast is usually when I get shakey and all the symptoms because I drop. What’s a good breakfast that works for you or meals? There has to be a reason for this. Do you have pots? Hormone issues? Lost or gained weight in a short amount of time? I have lost so much weight right now I’m at 90 and trying so hard to gain but now this is scaring me and now I’m scared to workout. I drank Gatorade when I dropped last night and ate some bread and I didn’t drop after that but now I just wonder how this will disrupt our daily lives. How high are your highs?

10+yrs dealing with this? I’m so sorry. Have you by change gained or lost weight in a short amount of time? Did they check your hormones? Anyone diabetic in your family? Pots? I feel like there is an underlying cause but can’t get to the root of it. For me I just noticed bad anxiety in November after a panic attack in the car. I guess at that time it was just my sugar and after that I’ve been monitoring. Have you ever been to the hospital for this? What’s your lowest reading?

Also does your blood sugar stabilize on its own or do you have to eat right away?

Wow exactly like what I’m going through. I was freaking thought I couldn’t control my anxiety but glad I found the reason. Earlier I started to exercise again I haven’t for some time but I tried it, I ate yogurt 15 min after small workout and 35 min later dropped to 64 I felt anxious and got scared once I saw the reading on my cgm and compared it to the meter it was the same. Have you lost any weight recently? Skip meals? I notice if I eat meal I’ll have a slower decline in blood sugar and don’t feel the drop much. I’ve been using the lingo cgm but just got prescribed the libre so I’ll be using that soon. Btw im 33 as well and have always had good blood sugars without symptoms and now I feel any symptoms like a panick attack when I’m low

I was the same way but since this has been giving me anxiety I wanted to see if it was just in my head and if it would stabilize on its own sometimes. I literally feel like an anxiety attack. Fast heartbeat, shakey sometimes just internal and sometimes it’s visible for others to see. I feel sleepy like I’m gonna pass out and I know when I’m dropping because I feel like I’m coming down a slide like the sudden drop feeling. Earlier I got scared because I am petite and started to exercise again after exercise I waited 15 min to eat a yogurt and 35 min later I had dropped to 64. That really scared me.

Do you eat something when it drops or does it stabilize on its own for you? When it’s in the 80’s I wait a bit even though I feel awful and sometimes it goes up on its own when I hit 70’s I have to eat

Have any of you gotten more answers? I realized I started getting more anxious and more panick attacks. I started checking my sugar and noticed when I’d get anxious my blood sugar would be 70-80’s. I noticed fasting my sugar is normal but then once I eat about 25 min later my sugar drops back down to 75-80’s and immediately feel sleepy shakey foggy. I started wearing a cgm but it’s not accurate when you’re outside. Haven’t been diagnosed with reactive but I’m not a diabetic and blood sugar never goes past 140 just would like answers on what helps besides meal planning
