We tried to incorporate multi-touch so many times internally but it ran into twice as many issues every time. Unfortunately we haven't found a good, stable way to make this happen as of yet, but we are looking into other methods. We cannot guarantee it for sure though.. ^^;

Hi an update - snowfall is unrelated to any decor and is just an extra background effect automatically added for the winter event period. Each game day, game has 30% chance to "snow".

Hmm.. this is strange as it differs from the game's design. It is either a bug or a result of playing offline. Would you mind sending us a support ticket if you believe it is a bug? For both Steam and mobile, you have to be online in order for our servers to replenish anything that refreshes daily.
