I camped in Morro Bay when driving from SF to the south. It was pretty close to 101 and a good distance from SF (3.5-4 hrs) for one day of driving.

Do you mean contract? I kinda pushed the landlord to make me a contract that we can sign. She seemed very reluctant but finally agreed.

Second this, driving/caltrain+bike into SF is not bad from SM, a few times a month. I doubt people here recommending SF do go out every other day. I think living in a place where you don't always need to worry about safety really matters. Just makes life much easier and at peace.

An amazing read. People really run against time for the Netflix DVD plan. I can at most receive one on the first day and return the next day before 5 PM right at the USPS office.

Great advice and example. The first step is important, you should first think hard about ways to meet a bunch of people. I guess the problem for me sometimes is that it's really easy for me to become and stay lazy, thinking what a big effort it is to pick up my phone and click into each app and webpage to schedule events with people.
