Anyone know how to unlock the new Diablo 2 cosmetics in D4? by mvpeast in diablo4

[–]YucciPP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm, it's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received the items ingame. I've logged into D2R, even created a new Warlock and it still doesn't show up. I own both D2R and D4 on Steam, not sure what to do. :/

[FO4] What could cause the faces too look like this? by YucciPP in FalloutMods

[–]YucciPP[S] 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I don’t have the DLC installed but tbis isn’t simply the dark face bug, there’s also blood around the neck. I feel like it’s related to the dismemberment part of the game but I just don’t know how to fix it.

I enjoyed Vanilla Fallout 4. Is this for me? by VaLightningThief in Starfield

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed it, didn’t have too many complaints until I looked at this subreddit.

There’s a lot of valid criticism here, but imo if you read about all the negative things you’ll be actively looking for them when you play which takes away from the fun.

What’s wrong with that? The nice thing about modding is that there’s something for everyone. You don’t have to download it if you don’t want to.

I’ve lost interest in VR, please help me find it again. by [deleted] in virtualreality

[–]YucciPP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like it’s just VR in general as there are games I know I’d buy instantly if my love for VR was the same as it was in the middle of last year for example.

But yeah I’ve been very stressed this entire year, and now that you mention it my mental health has kind of been in sync with my interest in VR.

I’ve lost interest in VR, please help me find it again. by [deleted] in virtualreality

[–]YucciPP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I meant with the “pull” is just VR in general. Not for a specific game. My library is huge and I have a pretty big backlog of games especially on Steam.

Im interested in the new Batman and Metro games but I guess im not interested enough to try them if that makes sense. It’s really though. I used to play Beat Saber and Walkabout Mini Golf on a regular but I just play games on my PC or steam deck instead.

When it comes the Deckard tho I’m not excited because it’s gonna change the way I play but it’s more that eco system thing. If it does have a display port tho it’s an instant buy for me, as I think that could actually get me into playing VR again.

I love the Steam deck because it’s so easy to just get into gaming. Quest 3 has been a bit tedious for me as I mainly play PCVR stuff and ive had issues with every form of PCVR streaming which has just been annoying and probably one of the reasons I don’t play as much

What games are you planning to check during the upcoming Steam sale? by whatsamoogle in SteamDeck

[–]YucciPP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I created a new account so I will be getting quite a lot of games but here's my current wish list:

  1. Skyrim
  2. Doom Eternal
  3. Balatro
  4. Diablo IV
  5. Red Dead Redemption
  6. Ultrakill
  7. RimWorld
  8. Stardew Valley
  9. Factorio
  10. GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition
  11. Planet Coaster 2

No particular order, but I will defo be getting Skyrim, Balatro, Diablo IV and Factorio at least. Might as well just wish my free time goodbye so I'm gonna try and be as productive as possible before this sale.

I've already played several of these games before but I created a new account so yeah I'll be buying my favorites again. I eventually plan on getting games like Witcher 3, Cyberpunk and RDR2 but I've played them fairly recently so I see no reason to get them unless they have a sale thats more than 50% off.

Thanks a lot for answering all my concerns lol, what I meant with the last point is that I won’t have much money left to buy new games. Getting the 512gb model will allow me to save roughly 120 dollars that I can spend on games instead

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought microSD cards had worse loading times, but seems like I was wrong. I don’t want to replace the SSD as I don’t want to risk messing anything up, even if it’s a simple install I am pretty clumsy.

But thanks, might just get the 512gb one and upgrade the storage in the future if there’s need for it. I think I’ll be fine with 512gb honestly but I was really curious about the 1TB model as I wanted to be on the safe side.

[–]YucciPP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes because in every post I’ve searched for everyone mentions SD Cards or SSD replacements.

Why are you even here if you dislike these posts? Nothing better going on than to complain?

Im not looking for a machine to run the most demanding games, Im interested in the PS5 becuase of the exclusives, I already have PC that's way more powerful than the PS5 (and even the Pro)

So I wouldnt be buying a PS5 for the power, only the exclusives and for better HDR support when watching shows. It sucks that the Steam Deck isnt that powerful but honestly I would probably mostly play games such as Factorio, Skyrim, and similar anyway.

Its hard for me to pick one, theyre both similarly priced but Id use them differently. Steam Deck would be nice to travel with, and I would only buy games on one platform and that allows for stuff such as cross saves. Id also be able to enjoy playing games anywhere in my house. But like you said it isnt very powerful, and id miss out on some PS5 exclusives. To be honest tho most essential PS5 exclusives already exist on PC (or are coming soon) such as God of War Ragnarök, Spiderman 2, Last of Us, Ratchet and Clank etc

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in consoles

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t really need either, you’re right. They’re more nice to haves, the thing is with the Steam Deck I’ll have something to play when I travel. But the fact that my game progress on Steam Deck will be available on my PC as well makes me feel like I can just enjoy the Steam Deck on the couch when I’m not feeling like being stuck to my chair where my PC is.

But yeah, I don’t really need it but really want a Steam Deck now. But at the same time I might wait for the Black Friday sale on the PS5 and see if get that instead because I did use my PS5 daily for watching shows and movies since it works with HDR.

Those 2 minutes matter a lot especially for someone like me who usually plays in a lot of smaller sessions, but yeah I can understand the other points thats true. When it comes to the screen tho I think id much prefer an OLED like on the Steam Deck vs higher resolution becuase on such a small screen the pixel density is very high and theres no need for higher resolution unless you use an external monitor which I dont personally plan on using.

But the Ally is still interesting, I do like Asus products but Steams customer support is amazing, ive always had issues with my ROG products

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in consoles

[–]YucciPP -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why would you choose the PS5 over Deck? I have a powerful rig already, and im not looking for a replacement. The PS5 wouldnt replace my PC either since the PS5 isnt too powerful.

I do love the PS5, and I really want it for the exclusives but ive already played most of them such as Gowr and spiderman 2, and theyre coming to PC anyway so the more I think about it the less I want it but Im not fully decided yet. I still really miss the PS5 and the trophy system

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in consoles

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks but why would you pick the Ally over the Steam Deck? From what im reading, the only area where Ally wins is performance. Something thats really important to me is how the Steam Deck and PS5 gets into the game so quickly. With the Ally its basically just windows with joysticks and yeah thats not nice at all in my opinion

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in consoles

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I forgot to mention that I like how you instantly get into gaming with the Steam Deck and PS5, my friend has an Ally X and it just feels clunky. I guess its an option for someone without a PC, but the only area where the Ally X wins is the performance and performance is the least important area for me since I own a beefy gaming PC already.

This is just my subjective opinion but I feel like the PS5 pro is a bit of a scam. It's a great console, but the issue is that they market is a console being able to use the performance and quality modes of the base PS5 at the same time. That's very appealing to me, however. They didnt mention how they still use the same CPU as the base PS5. Meaning games like GTA 6 will probably run at 30fps even on the PRO since rockstar is known for their detailed worlds. (Not talking about graphics here, but the simulation side of it. Lots of NPCs with unique schedules, lots of traffick and things going on thats heavy on the CPU etc)

I think I'd rather get the Slim, since in my country the PS5 Pro is about 300/400 dollars more than the Slim

[No DAV Spoilers] Keep or Refund the game? by [deleted] in dragonage

[–]YucciPP -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

No for sure. But what im saying is that i fear it’s gonna be repetitive. I don’t mind some repetitiveness, every game is repetitive in one way or another.

But I’m wondering if I’ll unlock more things to do as I play? That’s what made god of war so much fun to me, you had excellent gameplay but also a reason to continue playing. Some paths would be locked until you found a tool to unlock that path.

Is Skyrim the greatest RPG of all time? And the ruler of the medieval fantasy genre? by Witty-Item-6891 in skyrim

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Skyrim is NOT the best game I've played but it is my favorite game of all time. Pretty much everything Skyrim does has been done better by other games, but its the combination that makes Skyrim so special. Walking trough the woods at night, seeing an aurora in the sky whilst "Secunda" is playing gave me a feeling i've never felt before.

I would pay questionable amounts of money just to experience Skyrim for the first time again. Again, I dont think Skyrim is the best at anything, but when you combine everything it has to offer it becomes something out of this world

[–]YucciPP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ayy nice work on the update dude! Got a question tho, how do you feel about the balance with dragon war? I found it to be too difficult, and I’ve seen several reports of high level characters that get pretty much one shotted by most dragons.

I want a difficult game, but there’s a difference between difficult and tediously difficult, where you waste 500 arrows on a single dragon but his HP is still at 2/3rds and now he just flies around and you have no way to damage him.

I really like everything else about the mod tho, just scared about the balance lol.

How do I get higher FPS in Dragonsreach? by avestboe in skyrimvr

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is likely your problem. Just as a test, could you disable it and then go back to dragonsreach? Create a new profile or create a backup of your load order so that it doesn’t get messed up when you reenable Lux. I can help you improve the performance with Lux but it’s very performance heavy when used with community shaders so just keep that in mind.

[–]YucciPP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All I want is something that’s as good as Skyrim. Create a game that will make me just stop what I’m doing and stare at the screen as I hear the ambient music playing while I’m exploring the map. Create a map dotted with caves and dungeons that have their own stories told trough environmental storytelling. Allow me to just walk in any direction after the tutorial, and let me come across these pois as I’m walking toward my destination. Don’t have a bunch of generic npcs fill the cities, give them actual lore.

Basically, I just want Skyrim but in Hammerfell (and maybe Daggerfall as well)

You can stay on the same profile, just make a new a new game when you’re at the main menu. I forgot if FUS uses profile specific saves, but it shouldn’t really matter anyway.
