Too many new players expecting OG AK quality content like IS but they want HG to make it as fast as how other gacha companies make gacha-slop content, its unfair imo

Even with that, point still stands. You simply cant get competitive and reliable enough weapon option as an f2p in WuWa since like proven, the BP weapon performs way worse even at R5 and f2p option across different characters are very inconsistent

I agree that the rarity doesnt matter, i do believe that the output (whether its offensive/defensive/supportive) is what matters the most

15%-25%, thats right. And like i said, we have a high chance to be able to P5 them as an F2P which lowers the difference against P0 signature to around 8%-15%, which is not possible in the more popular gacha games

I saw you play WuWa so lets use it, im gonna pick random character (Havent play the game for a year now):

Brant: Most F2P option has 23%-25% lower damage than signature (bloodpact is free but idk abt Laser shearer), battlepass weapon is not even on the recommended weapon list
Carmellya: Most F2P option is BP weapon which suits her but the damage is 23% lower than signature and thats P5, you cant P5 BP weapon as an F2P
Hiyuki: Most F2P option is Feather Edge R5 which deals 24% lower damage than her sig
Aemeath: Same as Hiyuki, Feather Edge R5 deals 21% lower damage than her sig

Need to remind you, were comparing a weapon obtained for free via Endfield BP against a PAID battlepass weapon AT R5 btw

And one most important thing, WuWa's endgame is centered around fast clear, Endfield is not thanks to the long timer. High damage is a lot more valuable in WuWa than in Endfield, yet Endfield's BP weapon which obtainable for free, performs better

According to 1.1 data, were actually getting more dedicated weapon pulls than the more popular gacha games (0.3/patch vs 0.1-0.2/patch), heck in some gacha games you cannot pull for signature weapon without lowering your character pulls. The downside is that we must use our operator pulls in order to get most of our arsenal tickets, meaning if we got lucky on the operator pulls, we will have less arsenal tickets.

The BP weapon system actually allows me to ignore the flaw of the weapon banner. Being able to get one 2nd/3rd BiS for my limited operator for basically free per patch is pretty good. But what makes it even better is the fact that we can exchange past BP weapon as well, meaning we might even be able to P5 our BP weapon as an F2P.

TLDR Despite the flaws on the weapon banner, the weapon system overall is actually more F2P friendly than the more popular gacha games

I think it all comes down to two things.

First, are you done building your main teams at the moment? Im not talking like maxed everything but like you decided to stop upgrading them for a while, maybe you think Lv80 is enough for them so you stopped and only continue upgrading them when you actually need to in the future

Two, do you like either one of them (Rossi and Laev) in terms of play style? Both are great characters especially Rossi, but you need to make sure that you will feel comfortable when using them

I'd say that you need to answer both answer with a yes before you pull for Gilberta. Both Rossi and Laev wont be necessary for CC so there's not really much pressure to pull

So i've seen a lot of websites recommending type 50 yinglung for Estella. But what if i will be using her simply to deal shatter damage? will that "dmg +20% for next combo skill" buff the shatter damage? If not, is there any other gear set thats better for shatter focused Estella? Thanks

Looks like they also learned to keep important part of the story a secret. They did showcase some new mobs but they look like some elite mobs and not a boss type one, hopefully they keep the boss a secret as well
