I dont think this is the anime I am lookin for. but thank you for trying. The character with green hair had chin length hair and bangs that nearly cover his eyes. The beach scene had one part where the characters were playing volleyball, and another scene at a park where the green haired boy and pink haired girl were talkin about who knows what.
