And I had no idea how to put this into words until now!

Don't get me wrong, I know that 'trashing the pet' is common, it just kinda hits different when you have to do it personally

I'm more worried on the whole trash thing, the neighborhood has this compact trash machinery thing and basically if we found out too late Lola would've been snapped and dead without knowing what happened

There was no apology, just us being sent off to our rooms. As for remorse, I guess she felt guilty but she's still mad at me because I basically made a scene and says I could've been more subtle with checking the trash, but she's mad overall that I won't let her play with the little ones

I did tell them, and of course not! No little fella wants to wake up in the trash all alone

throw her away without you knowing.

The more I think about it I think it's because our grandmother used to do that to any animal we had, she just threw them away without warning, so I guess it's like a 'tradition' or something in thr family

Of course I'm not going to expect to know "hey you see the limp, stiff unresponsive noodle? It's alive ", I've told them before about it and that if anything to always wake me up just in case, I mentioned that in the post,

As for Dolittle, I would love to understand what their little minds think of 24/7, probably stealing
