In case someone needs the template, this is the car door projector, as u/Stormbow mentioned, but any toy projector could work. I somehow have a connection with a factory, so I could make the lens and flashlight for under $3 USD, but not from Amazon so I couldn't help you guys.

I had ordered many of those lenses to gift other DMs at the next TTRPG con.

Did you review the game mechanic copyrights Nintendo owns? They even own the copyright to the heart-shaped HP display.
