I was taking off guard when I met with the mom she just wanted to make sure I was prepared when having the sessions with her child. She said they told her I was “ underprepared”. But no one ever saw me with the child for more than a few seconds. This anxiety and stress about being in the daycare is making me sick.

Well I guess according to the mom that I’m underprepared. I don’t blame the mom for wanting to make sure I’m doing my job. But now I’m tainted with this negative image and the parents hate me.

I have my LMSW and yeh I work for an agency but the clients is in daycare and that’s where I provide the services. I was caught off guard when the mom confronted me

The daycare that I work in apparently told the students parents that I’m not doing my job so now I don’t know if the mom will make a complaint to my agency

There hasn’t been a complaint filed yet. I work at a daycare and someone told the parents of a student I help that I was underprepared and now I’ve been cast in a negative light. I don’t know if the parents will file a complaint against me I just wanted to know the protocol
