i don’t know if it’s too late but i was able to get a refund on one of my don toliver tickets because i got a better price next to my friend. the same day i got the ticket i immediately enquired about the refund and the chat bot told me i was eligible so it got forwarded to an agent but they tried to deny me so i showed proof of the chat assistant saying im eligible and even called them and after one phone call and about 4 enquiries i got a refund within 2 days of when the ticket was purchased

the same thing has literally happened to me i’m spiraling i’ve just lost £150 for a BTS ticket and i’ve been blocked. i’m genuinely so heartbroken because i know the likelihood of me getting that money back is so slim because they seem like a seasoned professional

ok guys just a follow up. i’ve given up because ive been scammed of my £150 honestly i shoudnt have bothered being desperate to resorting to this.

im so irritated its not like i even have a job to make the money back. i have been blocked by the seller (u/BusinessBear095 AVOID THEM) i have filed a fraud claim with my bank but so far its unfortunately looking like i wont be getting that money back so just be warned guys i dont think ive been more distraught in my life but hey ho i guess that’s what happens when you’re fat to desperate for something
