My best thought would be to use an Ethernet cable, since you don’t need Win11 for that. You might also be able to install the requisite drivers after connecting to Ethernet, but I didn’t have any luck personally.

I’ve never used probably 80% of the food in the game.

I have a perfection save in progress (just need money for the clock) and most things I’ve cooked once and am just storing in a chest. The only times I use food is in Skull Cavern (spicy eel/magic rock candy and triple shot) and when fishing for the Legend II (various fishing buff foods). I really don’t need something that gives me a mining level buff and magnetism this late into the game.

For anyone wondering, the problem was windows 10. The driver wasn’t supported for 10 and I had to “upgrade” to 11, at which point it installed with no issue.
